At ENUOBAO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Earrings (for pierced ears)

Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed or broken)

Bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is removed or broken)

Any item that is damaged due to wear, misuse, or alteration after delivery.

3. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to return an item:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at  contact@enuobao.com)within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our returns center.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately at contact@enuobao.com with your order number and photos of the product and any packaging. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and will expedite a replacement or full refund for you.

9. Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
