All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information (if available for your location), allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

We are proud to offer shipping services to a wide range of countries. Shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery address. You will be able to review your shipping options and any applicable fees before you finalize your purchase.
We may occasionally offer promotional free or discounted shipping. Such promotions will be clearly communicated on our Site and are subject to the terms stated in the promotion.
4. Order Changes & Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you at checkout.

We will attempt to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address or order details once processing has begun.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ENUOBAO has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
6. What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?
While we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If you are unable to locate it, contact us at contact@enuobao.com and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@enuobao.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
